My Story

I discovered coaching many years ago when I was part of a team that developed a leadership program . We made a conscious choice to develop the program that took them to where they needed to be for the organisation to thrive. This program benchmarked a new behavioral norm for executives in the organisation.

The program was endorsed, and I took the role of Executive Coach working with the senior team to bring in new ways of working and leading that supported the change.

Coaching was a style of working that I fell into naturally, however I learned about it on the job. At the time, coaching as a profession was still in its infancy with few being coached outside of sport.

I was amazed at how much difference new behaviours made to organisational performance and the lives of those I coached and those they managed.

I was fortunate in this journey to find a mentor who showed by example how to be a great coach. He supported me, demonstrated new skills and knowledge, boosted my confidence and asked the right questions to lead me gently in the direction of my best interests and my dreams.

This experience started my passion about making a difference in the lives of others, and this has grown as I expanded my coaching beyond leaders to others both within organisations and in daily life. I have been humbled by my clients’ willingness to focus on what they need to do to transform their lives and achieve their goals.

What I Do

I support individuals to become inspirational leaders and effective managers shaping businesses that are successful and a pleasure to work in, whilst embracing work life balance. My honest, insightful and nurturing approach encourages people to examine their strongest desires, strengths and weaknesses, the limitations that they can overcome and realise their true potential.

I have over 4000 hours of experience coaching individuals and teams across across all levels of the public and private sectors in a broad range of industries, in Australia and internationally.

Often working with managers, executive teams and high performers to implement strategic initiatives and designing leadership programs that target organisational change.

I make lasting changes in the personal and work life of those I coach, balancing corporate work with a passion for working with individuals who are ready to take control of their lives and make lasting changes that will increase their confidence, happiness and well-being.

I am sought after for my expert facilitation and negotiation skills, particularly in coaching managers to develop individuals within their teams.

My coaching qualifications include Masters in Coaching and Human Resources, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Certified Facilitator Core Strengths: Results Through Relationships. I am a Senior Practitioner in the European Coaching and Mentoring Association Global, and a Member of the Association for Coaching.
